Mountain View Miniature White Galloway Calves

Our challenge to you is to find a calf cuter than a Mountain View Miniature White Galloway! Take a look at Misty our first born, full blood Miniature White Galloway heifer and Nudge our first born, full blood Miniature White Galloway bull. They were both born at Mount Eerwah Park in 2007. We were so taken with them we decided we wanted to play a part in preserving and promoting this fantastic breed. Mount Eerwah Park became Mountain View Miniature Galloway Stud and the rest, as they say... is history. Commercial breeders take note: the US Department of Agriculture found that Galloway calves have the highest percentage of calf survival to weaning.

Every day we go into our paddocks and enjoy hands on interaction with all of our herd. Some days they might get just a scratch behind the ear, but other days many of them will get brushed from head to hoof and one or two will have a halter put on them and get paraded around.

Yes, a lot of time goes into making the wonder that is a Mountain View miniature white calf, but none of it seems like hard work. These beautiful docile animals are a joy.

We spend a lot of time with our tiny calves. We enjoy developing loving, friendly paddock pets.

If you are lucky enough to take a tiny white calf home we can almost guarantee that you will want to spend lots of time with them - but you won’t have to! All the work is done!!

Dougall our little bull wanted to do cool TV commercials when he grew up - we had other plans! He is grown up now and he likes our plans better, but he still likes to play games.
